Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and service requests using clear communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer needs, gather feedback, or promote new services.
- Enter data accurately into our systems, ensuring all customer interactions are documented thoroughly for future reference.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or products.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Multilingual skills with fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly appreciated to serve diverse client bases.
- Previous experience customer support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Experience with outbound calling, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
