What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule, modify, and confirm lawn care service appointments
- Provide accurate information about chemical lawn care programs, products, and promotions
- Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and professionalism
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office and customer management software
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
