Role Description

This is a entry level for a full-time on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Representative who will be assigned in various offices in Eastwood, Quezon City or McKinley Hill, Taguig City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.
  • Maintain and update monitoring reports.
  • Prepare ticket reference number in all transactions received.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to work on a midshift schedule (2PM – 12AM), weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill/Eastwood City.
