Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team based in Athens. Depending on the project and profile, the role can be on-site, hybrid, or fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and efficient issue resolution
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in one of the listed languages
- Good level of English for internal communication
