What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide contact and liaison between National Sales customers and the sales team, processing incoming orders and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints and ensure appropriate changes are made
- Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups for customers, addressing delivery questions and issues
- Recommend improvements in products, shipping, service, or billing methods to prevent future problems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution ability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook required
- Experience in food service distribution is a plus
