Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to be the first customer service team member in our NYC office, playing a key role in building strong customer relationships and supporting our expansion in the American market.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Db at every step of their journey. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and sees customer service as a powerful driver of sales and long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support across email, chat, and phone channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information using the appropriate systems and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering effective solutions, and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
  • Manage and process warranty claims and repairs in line with company policies.
  • Collect and report recurring issues, offering insights to improve the customer journey and product experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, product, and eCommerce) to resolve customer-related challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or consumer products.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support software, and eCommerce platforms, such as Gorgias and Shopify.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
