Recruit AI is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join their team in Lahore for a full-time onsite night shift position. This role demands a proactive professional with at least two years of experience in customer service or related fields, possessing excellent spoken and written English skills. The successful candidate engages with customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints effectively, and providing accurate information related to orders, billing, shipping, and account issues. Emphasis is placed on delivering a positive customer experience through clear communication, problem-solving, and managing customer relationships using CRM software.
The role requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours in an onsite environment. The Customer Services Representative works collaboratively within the team but does not manage others. The position involves maintaining service quality standards, achieving performance targets, coordinating with various internal departments, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. Dependability, punctuality, patience, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, billing, shipping, returns, and account issues.
- Provide accurate solutions and maintain a positive customer experience throughout interactions.
- Process customer orders and update customer account information accurately using CRM and other software tools.
- Follow up with customers on pending issues, complaints, or service requests to ensure resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
- Maintain service quality standards and consistently meet assigned performance targets and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Work efficiently during designated night shift hours in an onsite environment, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer and company information.
