We are seeking customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing support team in Dagupan.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries related to orders, appointments, account access, and general support needs. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat while delivering exceptional service and ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Location: Dagupan, Pangasinan

Compensation: PHP 14,000 – PHP 17,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist customers with order-related questions and concerns
  • Support customers with appointment scheduling and booking inquiries
  • Help customers access and manage their accounts
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Meet quality and productivity expectations
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach in all interactions

Schedule

Operating Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Schedules will be assigned within operating hours and may include evenings and weekends based on business needs.

Training

  • Paid training provided
  • Two-week training program

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work on-site in Dagupan
