The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 years of customer service experience supporting U.S. clients, with no more than a 3-month gap in recent employment
- Previous experience working night shifts in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Proven ability to provide customer support via email, SMS, and phone calls
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Your Daily Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, text messages, and phone calls
- Conduct in-depth research, follow up with customers, and assess customer needs to determine appropriate priorities
- Answer inquiries regarding the application process and application status
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile applications and websites
- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints
- Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards
- Meet performance and quality objectives
- Post customer payments accurately to customer accounts
- Process balance adjustments and account corrections
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
