Skills
- Multilingual proficiency; bilingual skills in English and another language required.
- Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling or cross-selling preferred.
- Excellent customer support and client service skills.
- Proficient in data entry, typing, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
