  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experience.

Skills

  • Multilingual proficiency; bilingual skills in English and another language required.
  • Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling or cross-selling preferred.
  • Excellent customer support and client service skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, typing, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in call center environments or outbound calling is a plus.
  • Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Cash handling experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
