What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service while managing calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
- At least one year of customer-facing experience; call center experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependability and consistent on-time attendance
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with NiCE (CCaas) systems
- Prior call center experience
- Background in supporting travel, hospitality, or event-based customer service
- Familiarity with PCI compliance or similar regulated environments
