About the Role
TTEC is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join its remote team in California. In this role, you will assist consumers with healthcare-related inquiries, helping them understand their benefits and navigate available healthcare options. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience through empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify their needs.
- Research information across multiple systems to resolve questions accurately.
- Provide clear guidance regarding healthcare benefits and available options.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining service quality.
- Follow assigned schedules, including designated breaks and lunch periods.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to overall team performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to work remotely from a designated home office in California.
- Reliable high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
- Comfortable using Windows-based computer applications and multiple systems simultaneously.
