What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Assist with daily call volume while ensuring service level priorities are met
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer needs are met across various communication channels (phone, email, etc.)
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Professionally handle and resolve escalated customer issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to sit for 90% of the workday and handle heavy computer and phone usage
  • Reliable and predictable attendance for assigned shifts
