What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist with daily call volume while ensuring service level priorities are met
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure customer needs are met across various communication channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
- Professionally handle and resolve escalated customer issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to sit for 90% of the workday and handle heavy computer and phone usage
- Reliable and predictable attendance for assigned shifts
