What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming calls from consumers, providing customer care in accordance with performance standards and privacy policies
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems
- Complete tasks according to established guidelines and meet quality assurance metrics
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via various communication methods
- Escalate issues to designated staff for resolution as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must reside within 40 miles of Oklahoma City
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background check
- Reliable high-speed internet service and a quiet workspace
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Call center service experience preferred
