Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Lahore, Pakistan. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, resolve concerns, and help maintain customer satisfaction. The role includes managing customer interactions through various communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience, and recording accurate customer information as needed.
Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls & attending to customer queries.
- Assigning the inquiries to the relevant vendors category-wise.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Processing Sale orders, Invoices, and Purchase orders.
- Payment follow-up with customer and vendor.
- Maintaining records of appointments/calls on a daily basis.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment with the team.
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Must have a peaceful and quiet environment to attend to the calls.
- Must have stable internet and electricity connection.
- Must have a phone for business WhatsApp and a laptop.
- This is a remote job and we are requesting candidates to apply only if they are residing in Pakistan.
