Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of phone-based customer service experience (non-retail)
- Must live in Maryland (for equipment pickup)
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
- Assist with benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility questions
- Document interactions and resolve customer issues
- Escalate complex cases as needed
