We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales Support) to support business clients and advertisers through phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms. This role combines customer service, account support, and sales outreach, helping clients maximize the value of digital advertising solutions.
What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer support through multiple communication channels.
Assist clients with account-related and technical inquiries.
Educate advertisers on products, features, and best practices.
Conduct inbound and outbound client engagement activities.
Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and advertising investment.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
-Fluent in Tagalog and English.
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
-Experience in customer service, sales, telesales, account management, or digital marketing is preferred.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools is an advantage.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
