We are looking for Customer Success Executives (Experienced or Elite-English Freshers) who think on their feet. This is a non-scripted, high-IQ role handling US logistical operations. No cold calls. No sales pressure. Just pure professional support.

Requirements:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (must be able to coordinate with US-based truck drivers and customers).
- Thinking: Ability to handle complex logistical queries without a "boring script."
- Background: 6 months to 1 year experience in International Support OR Freshers with exceptional English and logic.
- Logistics: Permanent Evening Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM ), Monday to Saturday.
Location: 100% On-Site in Gulistan-E-Jouhar Block – 14, Karachi.
