What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal distractions
- Strong computer/technology skills to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer support
