🧾 Role Overview

We are seeking a client-facing International Voice Process Executive with 2–6 years of experience who can effectively interact with global clients and deliver a superior customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US/UK/AU regions) via voice calls

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarity

Understand client requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality service

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

Document customer interactions and updates in CRM systems

Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA scores)

Identify opportunities for process improvement or upselling (if applicable)

Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams

✅ Required Skills

Excellent spoken English with neutral/global accent

Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally

Active listening and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)

Ability to work in night/rotational shifts

🎓 Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

2–6 years of experience in International Voice / Client-Facing roles

🌟 Preferred Skills

Experience handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets)

Exposure to customer support, service delivery, or account management

Sales or cross-selling experience (for blended processes)

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
