About the Role

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment supporting administrative operations in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This position focuses on processing criminal background checks, reviewing records, preparing official correspondence, maintaining documentation, and providing comprehensive office support. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process criminal background check documentation.
  • Review criminal dispositions and charges for accuracy.
  • Prepare and generate official letters and correspondence.
  • Communicate with applicants and stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation.
  • Provide administrative and office support to internal teams.
  • Manage filing systems and office documentation.
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and daily operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using standard office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
