Our Customer Service Representatives are frontline problem-solvers who use SQL to diagnose, escalate, and resolve technical customer issues with precision and speed.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues by querying backend databases using SQL to retrieve account data, transaction histories, and system logs.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to escalate bugs, interpret error codes, and validate fixes using SQL-driven root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency by building reusable SQL scripts to automate repetitive data retrieval tasks for common customer scenarios.
  • Document and share SQL-based troubleshooting guides for Tier 1 support teams to escalate complex cases faster.
  • Proactively identify and flag data anomalies affecting customer experience through SQL-based trend analysis and anomaly detection.
  • Adhere to SLA timelines while maintaining high CSAT scores by combining technical query skills with exceptional customer communication.
