What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage customer relationships and address enrollment questions and concerns
- Assist participants with applications and facilitate Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
- Track and report customer interactions while identifying trends
- Provide empathetic support to participants over the phone
- Ensure compliance with service and application regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems and use Microsoft Office
- Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment
- Must complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
- Ability to work varying shifts, including mandatory overtime as needed

- Familiarity with Medicare, enrollment processes, and compliance regulations
