What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage customer relationships and address enrollment questions and concerns
  • Assist participants with applications and facilitate Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
  • Track and report customer interactions while identifying trends
  • Provide empathetic support to participants over the phone
  • Ensure compliance with service and application regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to manage multiple computer systems and use Microsoft Office
  • Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment
  • Must complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including mandatory overtime as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in customer service or consultative sales
  • Familiarity with Medicare, enrollment processes, and compliance regulations
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment
