Title: Customer Service Representative – Work from Home – No Experience Necessary
Company: Marissa Turner Agency
Location: United States
About the Role
Now Hiring: Customer Service / Sales Representatives
The Marissa Turner Agency is expanding and looking for individuals to support families who have already requested information about life insurance solutions. This role focuses on working with inbound interest—no cold calling or chasing uninterested prospects.
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)
This is not a traditional hourly or salaried customer service position. It’s a commission-based role where your income is tied directly to your performance and consistency.
If you’re looking for predictable pay regardless of output, this won’t be a fit. If you’re comfortable in a performance-driven environment with flexibility and upside, it may be worth exploring.

In this position, you’ll act as both a resource and a point of guidance for clients navigating important financial decisions.
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance and financial solutions
- Conduct virtual appointments (phone or Zoom)
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance options
- Walk clients through the application process
- Maintain organized follow-up and communication
- Participate in ongoing training and development
From the first conversation through ongoing policy support—and even end-of-life assistance—you’ll play a consistent role in helping clients feel informed and supported.

- Independent contractor (1099)
Compensation
- Commission-based (no base salary)
- Income reflects effort, consistency, and client volume
- Many who stay consistent build strong incomes over time
- Training, onboarding, and licensing support provided

- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable phone, computer, and internet
- Comfort with phone and video communication

A Realistic Perspective
This work requires discipline, consistency, and a willingness to improve your skills. It’s not passive, and results take time.
That said, it offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping families protect their financial future.
