About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of orders and quotations. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening customer relationships and supporting our sales and operational teams. You will coordinate activities across various departments to deliver reliable, transparent, and customer-centric solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You should have confident proficiency in handling master data within ERP or MRP systems, demonstrating strong digital literacy. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and internal teams. A solid understanding of working with numbers, currencies, and measurement units, along with the ability to interpret manufacturing drawings, is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a sense of urgency to meet customer needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted point of contact, communicating clearly and professionally with customers regarding orders, quotations, and inquiries.
  • Create, edit, acknowledge, and monitor sales orders from entry through delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track order status proactively, identify expediting opportunities, and provide timely feedback to customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare, edit, and acknowledge quotations while maintaining accurate pricing data using HOERBIGER tools and systems.
  • Maintain pricing integrity across various categories including list, target, customer-specific, currency, and deviated pricing.
  • Coordinate returns, credits, and replacement orders efficiently to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met with high satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and customer insights.
