2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representatives role involves managing maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for a designated portfolio of accounts. The position requires handling diverse customer inquiries, analyzing payment histories, and communicating account statuses. This role contributes to the organization by ensuring accurate account management and providing customers with clear, relevant information, facilitating effective resolution and support.

3. Responsibilities:

• Review customer contracts including voluntary surrender, payment breakdowns, and total loss process

• Inform customers about the status of open and closed accounts

• Provide information regarding title statuses such as state transfers and title protection

• Assist customers with information on optional products

• Support customers with payment extensions and deferrals

• Process payments and review account histories and notes

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

• Recommend suitable solutions based on account analysis

• Perform manual calculations as needed

• Manage multiple systems simultaneously

4. Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong multitasking and attention to detail

• Problem-solving drive and goal orientation

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

• Customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable, hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download

• Productive and distraction-free workspace

• Smartphone (iOS or Android) 4 years old or newer capable of running company communication app

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly rate of $16/hour
