Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and assign the activities of customer service staff in financial services
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and handle complex account inquiries
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Train staff in job duties, customer service standards and company policies
- Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School, Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Management
- Must have at least three years of most recent, verifiable work experience
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
- Relevant experience: 3 years (required)
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
