About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual appointments.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video platforms.
  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Assist with completing and reviewing digital forms.
  • Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
  • Send appointment confirmations and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor daily activities using online systems and company tools.
  • Participate in remote training sessions and team meetings.
  • Deliver professional customer service and support.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
