- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the ERP system.
- Ensure that approved sample requests from the production and operations team are followed through on time.
- Submit quality reports, manage customer returns (if any), COO documentation, and handle feedback complaints to the respective stakeholders.
- Manage shipping arrangements and coordinate value-added work when required.
- Ensure timely billing to customers once orders have departed from the factory or other designated pickup locations as instructed by the operations team.
- Ensure all transactions are properly processed into the ERP system.
- Support in checking the accuracy of goods purchase, logistics, and warehousing charges before invoices are processed.
- Support the company’s yearly financial audit and handle any ad hoc assignments assigned by management.
