Job Summary:
This position is an apprenticeship for the first six months working along side our expert CSR Manager in customer experience excellence.
You will be trained on our product offering, the details of our product models, handling inbound calls, in-person customer visits, and ongoing communication with existing customers who are serious about wood-fired cooking.
If you can’t communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and confidently guide customers through a high-consideration purchase, this isn’t the job for you.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with future and past customers.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and account management practices.
- A Bachelor’s degree in related field from a reputable university
- Motivation to learn about marketing strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives. Pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
