Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Act as the main point of contact for customer service and sales
- Follow up with leads, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into sales
- Manage social media messages and ensure timely, professional responses
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle walk-ins
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English
- Pharma/Medical sales background
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with follow-up experience
- Comfortable handling multiple platforms and inquiries
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
