Atento is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative, with a strong background in Sales or Cross Selling. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to encourage health plan members to take advantage of an in-home screening as part of their benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In this sales healthcare position, you’ll inform and guide members about this much-needed healthcare screening service, ensuring they understand its benefits. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) OR just English. This is an onsite position
What would you do in this role:
- Performs outbound cross-selling calls to health plan members to schedule in-home screenings, following approved scripts and delivering accurate information about the screening process.
- Verifies and updates member data, documents interactions, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Ensures follow-up, maintains compliance with company policies and regulations, and handles confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
To become part of our team:
- Customer service professional with proven sales and cross-selling experience, bilingual in English and Spanish (minimum B2 English proficiency).
- Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex information, proficient with CRMs and office tools, and able to perform accurately in fast-paced environments.
- High school diploma required, with flexibility for onsite work and weekends.
