ABS International is hiring an Outbound Sales Executive to strengthen our US-facing team in Karachi.
Who We Are:
We are a direct US Principal, not an agency, not a sub-operator, not a company running on someone else's campaign. Since 2009, we have owned our brands and our client relationships outright. Our team of over 200 professionals has received their salary on the same fixed date every single month for sixteen consecutive years. That is not a recruitment line. It is a documented record.
What This Role Involves:
You will be making structured outbound calls to warm leads and existing US customers — people who already have a prior connection to our brand. The objective is to reactivate interest, handle follow-up conversations, and bring qualified opportunities to a close. There are no cold lists involved. Every conversation you have is with someone who already knows who we are.
What You Will Earn:
A competitive fixed monthly base salary forms the foundation of your compensation. On top of this sits a PKR 3,000 punctuality bonus paid every month and a commission structure with no upper ceiling — your payout scales directly with your individual output. Salary lands on a fixed date every month. It always has.

What We Need From You:
Fluent spoken and written English is a firm requirement — you will be speaking with US customers every working day and the quality of those conversations is the core of this role. Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO, or call center work is strongly preferred. Candidates who are self-directing, commercially minded, and comfortable owning a pipeline without day-to-day supervision will thrive here. Exceptional freshers with strong English and a demonstrable sales instinct are also considered.
Practicalities:
This is a fully on-site role. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You must be able to commute to C-215, Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi.
