We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Scheduler to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Maidstone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating workloads, speaking with customers, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time.

The Role

As a Customer Service Scheduler, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and acting as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating daily workloads for engineers/operatives
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
  • Managing diaries and ensuring appointments are booked efficiently
  • Liaising with internal teams and field staff to ensure jobs are completed on time
  • Updating internal systems with accurate job and customer information
  • Monitoring ongoing jobs and providing updates to customers
  • Handling queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting general administrative tasks including data entry and reporting

About You

  • Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
  • Good IT skills, including experience with internal systems or Excel (desirable)
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
