A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a minimum 6-month contract assignment. This is a fully onsite role in Dallas, TX, ideal for someone with strong customer service or administrative experience who works well in a fast-paced environment and can confidently handle calls, requests, and daily operations support.
Assignment Details:

Experience Preferred:
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Dispatch or operations support experience preferred
Education Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Shift & Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday
Training / initial schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
After new system rollout (approx. 2 months):
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
Provide customer support for employees, patients, visitors, and internal departments. You’ll answer incoming calls, enter and route service requests, assist with dispatch coordination, monitor alarms/intercom systems, and help keep operations running smoothly.
This role requires professionalism, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while multitasking in a busy environment.
