About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join the dynamic customer service team at our client's Alcester location. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a seamless customer journey, enhancing satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Provide product and service information to customers, supporting upselling and cross-selling initiatives where appropriate.
