Patient Reception & Front Desk
- Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments (via phone or online platforms).
- Respond to patient inquiries and guide them as needed.
Doctor’s Schedule Management
- Organize and manage the doctor’s daily appointments and calendar.
- Ensure no scheduling conflicts or overlaps.
- Coordinate breaks or meetings as required.
Administrative Coordination
- Prepare and update patient files and medical records.
- Accurately enter patient data into the clinic system.
Billing & Payments Support
- Issue invoices and assist with basic billing processes.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle patient complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Provide prompt solutions or escalate issues to the doctor or manager when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer use and clinic management software.
- candidate with a neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
