Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist at ALFA Club in Oakville, Ontario.

This role is responsible for delivering a high-standard, detail-oriented member experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing member interactions, handling inquiries, supporting memberships, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring the space operates at a premium level daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-standard member experience
  • Manage inquiries, bookings, and membership support
  • Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and hygienic environment across all areas of the facility
  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep tasks as part of maintaining ALFA’s standards
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with membership sales and upselling services
  • Uphold ALFA’s standards of discipline, punctuality, and presentation

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create a high-quality, consistent customer experience
  • Professional phone etiquette and in-person communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales mindset and confidence in recommending services
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based environments is an asset
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured, in-person setting

This role includes hands-on responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and organization. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of the space and upholding high standards daily.

This position is best suited for individuals who take pride in structure, consistency, and maintaining a high-level environment.

Pay

$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Additional tiered commission on membership sales

Most team members earn between $3,200–$4,500 per month, with top performers earning $4,500–$5,200+ based on performance.
