Salary: 32,000 to 36,000 + 5,000 yearly bonus guaranteed
Location: Sandyford, Leopardstown (3/4 days on site 1/2 day WFH)
As our clients team continues to expand alongside the rollout of our new VOR system, they are seeking a customer-focused professional to join the Operations Team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers, supporting booking management, handling queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Acting as a key point of contact for driver and customer queries via phone and email
- Coordinating and scheduling services, repairs, and appointments
- Providing customers with regular updates on progress and service status
- Liaising with garages, suppliers, and third-party providers to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintaining accurate internal systems, records, and operational documentation
- Supporting the Operations Team to ensure vehicles and services run efficiently and effectively
- Resolving issues and queries promptly, professionally, and with a customer-focused approach

- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, retail, administration, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with confidence handling phone calls, emails, and internal systems
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive team player with a flexible and can-do attitude
- Competent IT skills, including experience using Outlook, Excel, and internal systems
- Previous experience within the automotive, fleet, or service industry(not essential)
- Experience coordinating bookings and liaising with suppliers or external service providers
