Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is one of the largest and most trusted health insurance providers in the United States, serving millions of members through innovative healthcare solutions and exceptional customer service. They are looking for a Membership Operations Specialist to support the membership and billing operations. This position combines customer service and operational processing, with approximately 80% of the role dedicated to handling inbound customer calls and 20% to processing membership-related requests and documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, high-quality support.
- Process written membership and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain insurance membership records using internal systems and tools.
- Assist customers with billing questions, membership information, and contract details.
- Escalate or forward specialized inquiries to the appropriate internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while resolving inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, operations, or similar support roles is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks alongside phone support.
- Availability to work 15:00–00:00 Lithuanian time after the training period.
- Candidates must not be current students.
- Experience with the U.S. healthcare system is considered an advantage.

Salary: €900–€1,100 net per month (up to €1,700 gross, depending on experience)
Working hours: During training, working hours will be agreed individually. After training, the schedule is 15:00–00:00 (Lithuanian time) with no flexibility.
