You’ll oversee the full order lifecycle, maintain strong account relationships, and deliver a high level of service throughout every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process quotes, customer orders, and work orders
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Handle invoicing, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor order status
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Marketing, and Logistics
  • Monitor account activity and address issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service or account support (manufacturing industry required). Must have been employed with the same company for at least the past three years, ideally the past five years.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
