Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite Training) | Fully Remote After Training
We are seeking a Service Scheduling Administrator to support Natural Gas field operations. This is a part-time opportunity that becomes fully remote after successful completion of onsite training.
Required Experience:
- SAP
- SAP C4C Mobility (Cloud for Customer)

Position Highlights:
- Part-time (22+ hours/week) with the opportunity to work up to 36+ hours based on business needs
- Fully remote after completing six weeks of onsite training
- No physical labor or driving required
Training Details:
Location:
Charlotte North Operations Center
115 Rhyne Road
Charlotte, NC
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Approximately six weeks (subject to change based on call volume and outages)
Work Schedule After Training:
- Fully remote
- Required weekend availability: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Required holiday availability: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign, route, and adjust daily workloads for Natural Gas Service Technicians
- Answer inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and customers
- Coordinate emergency response work across a three-state service territory
- Research and resolve scheduling issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Monitor technician workloads and make real-time scheduling adjustments
- Support after-hours operations and emergency response coverage
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with SAP C4C Mobility
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
