ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility over timely order processing, pricing and billing inquires, service requests and customer complaints in day-to-day business.
- Work closely with our commercial partners, to support customer specific request, pricing, discrepancies, product substitutions etc.
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with quality and local regulations related to medical device products.
- Conduct inventory management activities such as consignment count reconciliations.
- Master Data Maintenance for customers, price and inventory
- Support quality and sales department in customer service-related needs.
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- University or equivalent higher degree, preferable in Logistics/customer relations studies.
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in medical device/pharma
- Stress resistant, good with working in a “deadline” environment and problem solution oriented
- Well organized, fast learner, abililty to work in a challenging but life impacting (patients) business.
- Intermediate level in English is a must
- Knowledge of ERP systems , SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player, well organized, customer oriented
- Good communication skills
- Initiative and adaptability to changing and developing organizations
