As our new Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team and delivering an excellent customer experience from order receipt through to completion. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll coordinate customer orders, provide timely updates, resolve queries and ensure information is communicated accurately throughout the process.
You'll help drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach, making a real contribution to the success of both our customers and the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and provide updates throughout the order lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, responding to queries and requests.
- Work closely with the Commercial Team and other departments to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Prepare and issue order confirmations and proforma invoices.
- Keep customer and order information up to date and accurate.
- Support the wider Customer Service team as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer care or administration role.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- A proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach.
