YOUR CHALLENGE

After a training phase corresponding to your previous experience, you will communicate with our customers and work in a young yet experienced customer service team that stands out through team spirit and a friendly working atmosphere.

In this role, you will:

  • Support our customers via email, chat, and phone in German and English
  • Use AI-powered tools and automation systems to efficiently resolve customer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, player protection standards, and security regulations
  • Stay up to date with our latest promotions, products, and offers to provide accurate customer support
  • Gradually support the review of AI-supported customer interactions during defined periods of your shifts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI tools and automated workflows by sharing feedback and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Help deliver an outstanding customer experience while balancing efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3 years of experience in customer support; experience in the iGaming industry is an asset
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, AI assistants, and automation platforms
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the German language will be considered a plus
  • Able to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations
  • Positive, open-minded, and empathetic personality
  • Interest in sports and online entertainment is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Malta at the time of application. We offer a competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.

We offer a gross annual base salary ranging from €29,000 to €34,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
