We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Provide clear and professional information about products/services
Contribute to achieving KPIs and customer service targets
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Previous experience with CRM systems
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
