What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional client experiences

Be the first point of contact for store queries, providing warm, professional, and brand-aligned support across all interactions.

Create personalised service moments

Understand each client’s unique needs and tailor your communication style to provide a bespoke and memorable experience.

Resolve queries with confidence and care

Handle product, service, and order-related enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Support the order journey

Work closely with internal teams to track and follow up on orders, ensuring each precious jewellery piece is delivered seamlessly and on time.

Be a trusted brand ambassador

Stay informed on our latest collections, policies, and service standards so you can confidently guide and support clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in client services, customer experience, or customer support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a luxury retail or high-touch customer environment
  • Experience in helpdesk support, call centre, concierge, hospitality, or premium retail is advantageous
