We are looking for a Thai-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international iGaming company with a friendly and fast-growing team.
This is a great opportunity for candidates based in Thailand who are interested in building an international career. During the probation period, the position is fully remote, and after probation, relocation to Vietnam or the Philippines will be required.
📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fluent Thai speaker with English level B1 or higher
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
• Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
💼 Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via live chat, email, phone calls, and social media
• Provide clear and accurate information using company tools and guidelines
• Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure fast and effective support

• Salary: 45,000 THB NET + KPI bonuses after probation
