Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, support operational issue resolution, and ensure a positive customer experience across taxi service operations. The role will work closely with drivers, operations, and fleet teams to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests across multiple channels
- Support issue resolution related to taxi services, drivers, and operations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to resolve escalated cases
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting
- Support customer service improvement initiatives and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and company policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, support operations, or related fields
- Experience in taxi, transportation, mobility, or service industries is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Fluent English and local language communication skills
