Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Al Manşūrah. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide accurate information about vehicles, services, and after-sales support, and ensure that each customer receives timely, courteous assistance. Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, coordinating with service centers and sales teams, maintaining customer records, and following up on service appointments and feedback. The role also involves promoting a positive customer experience, adhering to company policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear verbal communication skills for handling calls and coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Al Manşūrah and interact with customers in a showroom and service center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM systems or customer databases.
- Previous experience in automotive, retail, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or university education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
